Prices:

We make every effort to keep our prices competitive, and up to date. However, mistakes do happen, and suppliers do raise their prices. Therefore, all prices are subject to change without notice. We will contact you before shipping any order if there are any price changes or adjustments.

Payment Information:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express on-line or by telephone.

Cashier Checks or Money Orders should be mailed to The Wallpaper Tool Store, 1010 Larwin Ave, Chatsworth, CA 91311 and made payable to The Paint Store Online.

Personal Checks will delay shipment of merchandise up to 2 weeks. The Paint Store Online will accept purchase orders from approved accounts. Please call for details.

Sorry we do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Out of stock items:

Most items are in stock or available for immediate shipment. Sometimes stock outages do occur. If a comparable product is available, we may substitute with your permission. You will be notified if backorders do occur. In most cases we will credit shipping costs on backorders. Some restrictions may apply. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped within two business days following receipt of your order as long as the products you ordered are in stock. All shipments in the 48 continental states are shipped via ground service or US mail unless otherwise requested.

International Orders We do accept orders from international customers.  Due to an increase in the use of stolen credit cards, all new international customers are subject to a credit verification process. This process may take up to 4 days to complete. We have to communicate with your bank to make sure that the credit card is being used by the original card holder. Some banks take longer than others to respond. If you are in a hurry to get the order shipped then you can fax us a legible copy of your credit card, front and back, with a copy of some identification. This will help us expedite your order but does not guarantee immediate shipment. If you have bought from us in the past, then you are not subject to these checks.

Shipping Times:

FedEx and USPS shipping times are approximate, and the FedEx/USPS guaranteed ground shipping times apply only to commercial accounts (sorry, FedEx/USPS policies – not ours). Depending on your location in the US, you should receive in stock items in 3 to 5 working days. First, second- and third-day shipments are also available. Please call 877-507-2468 if the shipping time is critical.

Shipping Rates:

Our rates are valid for FedEx ground and USPS shipments within the 48 continental states. Some items may require additional shipping costs due to excessive weight or size. Shipping to all other areas and Quick Ship orders (Next, 2nd and 3rd day) are quoted on a per order basis. We will not ship or charge your credit card before contacting you regarding these types of special shipping rates.

Damage and Shortage:

Please inspect and count all packages when they arrive. If something appears to be damaged, please note it on the delivery receipt, and have the driver sign it. Save any cartons that are damaged.

Please open your packages and inspect them for hidden damage (damage that was not easily recognized from looking at the outside of the box). If you discover internal damage please contact us immediately. If your products were damaged by the freight company, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Always check your products against your packing slip as soon as they arrive. If you believe a shortage exists, please contact us immediately.
